Filet & Chef’s Cut• Market Price • USDA Choice Steak with garlic butter and broccolini. Choice of garlic mashed potatoes or roasted red potatoes. Add Oscar Style for $12. Crab-Stuffed Seabass • $38 • Chilean seabass, stuffed with a mixture of crab & lobster. Served on a bed of squid ink & egg linguini with zucchini, squash, and carrots in a saffron seafood cream sauce. Pheasant • $40 • Half of a roasted pheasant on a bed of apple rice pilaf with broccolini and raspberry demi-glaze. Stuffed Veal Chop • $50 • Grilled veal chop stuffed with wild mushroom, fontina cheese, and Nueske’s bacon. Served with gratin potato and broccolini.
