What do you get when you finish our 6.5-year bourbon in a Pineau barrel for 1 year? Pineau-Finished Bourbon, of course!

A year ago, we took our 6.5-year bourbon and dumped it into a Pineau des Charentes barrel, where it spent over a year. Pineau des Charentes is a regional wine of western France. Many describe it as fruity, fresh, sweet, and clean.

It came to 310 bottles at 110 proof. We found notes of stone fruit and toasted hazelnuts, with an herbaceous finish.

Our Pineau-Finished Bourbon will be available beginning Friday 3.22.24 – only at the distillery in Baraboo!
