Our Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is our flagship spirit. These small batches consist of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by our distillers, and combined together. This is bottled at 96 proof.
Balanced and full-bodied, this small batch of carefully selected barrels is non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice and notes of caramel and vanilla.

As they age, each oak barrel imparts its own distinct characteristics to our bourbon. We’ve selected a unique, exceptional barrel to present as a single bottling that showcases the structure of our larger batches.
Cask Strength – Single Barrel – Straight Bourbon Whiskey
From barrel to bottle, this single barrel selection is presented at cask strength and with minimal filtration. Subtle notes of clove and cinnamon join our bourbon’s characteristic sweetness in this one-of-a-kind bottle.
