Handcrafted In Wisconsin

We are located at the edge of the Driftless Area – a unique topographical part of the state that was missed by the last glaciation 15,000 years ago. This gave us rugged hills, deep river valleys, rich prairies, abundant limestone, and sandy soil. Most importantly, it means that we now have a natural sandstone aquifer. The terroir of the local region makes for prime conditions to grow grains and is an excellent water source, allowing us to produce our award-winning whiskey.

Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey

Our Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey consists of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by our distillers, and combined together. This is bottled at 96 proof.

This high rye mash bill of our small batch preserves the grain’s distinct spice, even after years of age in our Wisconsin rackhouse. Caramel and chocolate notes from the malt round out this carefully-formulated batch.

From barrel to bottle, this outstanding single barrel selection is presented at cask strength and with minimal filtration. Notes of dark chocolate, fruit, and licorice join our rye’s characteristic spice in this one-of-a-kind bottle.
