Spirits
We are located at the edge of the Driftless Area, a unique topographical part of the state that was missed by the last glaciation 15,000 years ago and that now has rugged hills, deep river valleys, rich prairies, and abundant limestone. This local terroir offers not only prime conditions to grow grains, but also a natural sandstone aquifer, allowing us to source grain and water locally and produce our whiskey 100% grain-to-glass.
In addition to bourbon and rye, we have a full range of products that include brandy, vodka, and gin. We take pride in our 44-ft tall column still along with our one-of-a-kind pot still. Most recently rated by Whisky Advocate with a “90” for our Bourbon Whiskey, our company has been named “Wisconsin Distillery of the Year” by New York International Spirits Competition and shared as a “Top Ten US Spirits Brand You Must Try” by London Spirits Competition. Rum-Finished Bourbon
We finished our 4-year-old bourbon in a molasses-based 12-year-old Jamaican rum barrel for 1 year.
Find notes of molasses, spiced toffee, and nutmeg - with a hint of toasted coconut.

Port-Finished Bourbon
This small batch features our flagship spirit, which has first been aged in new oak barrels for 4+ years, and then finished in fresh Port barrels.
Rich, fruity port flavor complements the bourbon’s spice and makes for the perfect sipper. Look for notes of fresh berries and red currants.

Bourbon de Naranja
Orange-infused sherry barrels from Spain bring new life to our award-winning 4+ year bourbon.
A finish in these unique barrels adds notes of citrus and cinnamon to our bourbon’s classic caramel and vanilla.

American Single Malt
Distilled from a mash composed entirely of malted barley, our American Single Malt is sweet and nutty on the nose with notes of chocolate and a silky, buttery finish.

This high rye mash bill of our small batch preserves the grain’s distinct spice, even after years of age in our Wisconsin rackhouse.
Caramel and chocolate notes from the malt round out this carefully-formulated batch.

Brandy
Brandy
Our quest for the perfect grape took us to France, where the fruit was barreled onsite and aged for five years in French oak. We then cask-finished it in used bourbon barrels, giving our brandy the depth and character which merits its reserve distinction.
Our brandy is characterized by notes of vanilla, caramel, and cherry with a smooth, warm finish.

WisconGin
WisconGin is not your traditional gin. This intricately balanced spirit takes inspiration from many of Wisconsin's indigenous botanicals and has a 100% corn base.
It's crafted with subtle hints of cardamom, ginseng, juniper, and ginger, and finishes with a clean breath of spearmint. WisconGin is as unique as the Driftless Area.

Navy Strength Gin
A reference to the gin carried aboard British Royal Navy vessels in the 18th century, Navy Strength Gin is presented at 114 proof, an alcohol content high enough to ignite gun powder.
Our own Navy Strength Gin pays homage to this historic, juniper-forward recipe.
