Spirits
We are located in Wisconsin at the edge of the Driftless Area, a unique topographical part of the state that was missed by the last glaciation 15,000 years ago and that now has rugged hills, deep river valleys, rich prairies, and abundant limestone. This local terroir offers not only prime conditions to grow grains, but also a natural sandstone aquifer, allowing us to source grain and water locally and produce our whiskey 100% grain-to-glass.
In addition to bourbon and rye, we have a full range of products that include brandy, vodka, and gin. We take pride in our 44-ft tall column still along with our one-of-a-kind pot still. We brought in Tequila Reposado, distilled in Jalisco, Mexico at NOM 1414 with 6-8 year agaves, and finished it in our used bourbon barrels.

Brandy
Our quest for the perfect grape took us to France, where the fruit was barreled onsite and aged for five years in French oak. We then cask-finished it in used bourbon barrels, giving our brandy the depth and character which merits its reserve distinction.
Our brandy is characterized by notes of vanilla, caramel, and cherry with a smooth, warm finish.

WisconGin is not your traditional gin. This intricately balanced spirit takes inspiration from many of Wisconsin's indigenous botanicals and has a 100% corn base.
It's crafted with subtle hints of cardamom, ginseng, juniper, and ginger, and finishes with a clean breath of spearmint. WisconGin is as unique as the Driftless Area.

Navy Strength Gin
A reference to the gin carried aboard British Royal Navy vessels in the 18th century, Navy Strength Gin is presented at 114 proof, an alcohol content high enough to ignite gun powder.
