10-Gallon Mini Barrel

Would you like to have ~50 bottles of your own private-label whiskey? Well, you’re in the right place!

Choice of Bourbon or Rye Whiskey. We fill a 10-gallon barrel for you and age it here at Driftless Glen Distillery for approximately 2 years. You can choose the proof it’s bottled at and can even help bottle it when it’s ready. You get to keep the empty barrel with your custom plaque on it. The cost is $2,500 + tax.

Used Empty Barrels

Yes, we do sell our used, empty barrels! They must be picked up from the distillery in person, we do not coordinate shipping.

We offer wet barrels (freshly dumped for aging beer, syrup, coffee, etc.) or dry barrels (older ones for furniture, home decor, flower planters, etc.). Most of these barrels held bourbon, although occasionally we have some available that held brandy, rye, or gin. Our typical barrels are 53 gallons in size and are $150+tax each. They measure 21 and 3/4″ in diameter and are approximately 35″ in height. We currently have a waiting list for used barrels, so please get in touch sooner rather than later.
