Vanilla-Finished Bourbon



We finished our 6.5-year-old bourbon in a Vanilla barrel for 5 months. The vanilla barrel was made from French Oak and first had Cognac aging in it for 20 years before having vanilla extract (made with Madagascar Vanilla Beans) in it for an additional year.



An intense French vanilla aroma with notes of crème brûlée, warm holiday spices, hazelnut, and cinnamon.

Tequila Reposado (100% Blue Agave tequilana Weber) from Jalisco finished in a DG bourbon barrel. Distilled in Mexico at NOM 1414 with 6-8 year agaves from the Jalisco highlands.



Color: Half-ripe banana

Nose: Cherry, peach, rosemary

Taste: Sweet yet smokey, with a peppery kick

Finish: Grapefruit, lime, white chocolate
