Wondering what the DG team has been up to lately? Working on releasing new spirits obviously. There is one in particular we are anxiously awaiting to release. That being our Double Casked Gin. In order to make this we distill gin and then simultaneously age it in a new charred oak barrel and a used bourbon barrel. This allows for a unique taste rich in oak, bourbon and juniper. We are hoping to have this in retail shop and bar come February!
