5 Year Reserve Brandy
First up is our 5 Year Reserve Brandy. Our quest for the perfect grape took us to France, where the fruit was barreled onsite and aged for five years in French oak. We then cask-finished it in used bourbon barrels, giving our brandy the depth and character which merits its reserve distinction.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Single Barrel – Cask Strength
From barrel to bottle, this single barrel selection is presented at cask strength and with minimal filtration. Subtle notes of clove and cinnamon join our bourbon’s characteristic sweetness in this one-of-a-kind bottle.

As they age, each oak barrel imparts its own distinct characteristics to our bourbon. We’ve selected a unique, exceptional barrel to present as a single bottling that showcases the structure of our larger batches.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Small Batch
Our Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is our flagship spirit. These small batches consist of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by our distillers, and combined together. This is bottled at 96 proof. Balanced and full-bodied, this small batch of carefully selected barrels is non-chill filtered to preserve its subtle spice and notes of caramel and vanilla.
Straight Rye Whiskey – Small Batch
Our Small Batch Straight Rye Whiskey consists of about twenty barrels, hand-selected by our distillers, and combined together. This is bottled at 96 proof. This high rye mash bill of our small batch preserves the grain’s distinct spice, even after years of age in our Wisconsin rackhouse. Caramel and chocolate notes from the malt round out this carefully-formulated batch.

Exceptional individual barrels of rye are found in all corners of our Wisconsin rackhouse and pulled aside for our single barrel project. Look for notes of cherry and dark chocolate in this truly unique bottle.

We’re proud to present this rye whiskey, handcrafted in the traditional Maryland style. It showcases the softer, sweeter side of rye. 51% rye mash, 51% alcohol, and 100% Driftless.
